Take a tour around the installations and meet the horses, maybe take a margarita and wait for a delicious, buffet-style dinner! Daily changing menus and local specialties like cheese - stuffed – huauzontles and creamy salmon with chipotle will blow your mind! Quality wines are always served with dinner and lunch. Let our staff help you get comfortable and discover all the amenities.
Day 2: Ajusco Surroundings
On your second day at the Ranch, we will take you for a short ride for about two to three hours in the morning. You will get to climb up a hill where there are usually hundreds of goats and sheep enjoying the day and eating green grass.
If you are a gourmet, when you return to the ranch, don't miss the culinary master class from our chef and learn how to cook some Mexican traditional dishes that you can replicate at home.
After lunch in the afternoon, we will ride to a nearby volcano from where a great view to Mexico City opens; it’s just marvelous when the sun sets on this huge capital. Or, as an option, you have opportunity get ready to kick up some dust in Polaris RZR four-seat side-by-side as you cross the mountainous terrain. Immerse youself in the gorgeous views of diverse vegetation and mountainous peaks.
Day 3: Hidden Villages and Wild Horses
Now that you got a feeling on the horses and got to do two shorter trails, you should be ready for a half-day in the saddle! Today we will take you to a 5-hour-trail to a hidden village called Capulín, where you will have the opportunity to purchase locally prepared beverage called “Conejo” or maybe just an ice-cold “cerveza”. This beautiful village has only about 300 habitants and the nearest city is about 2 hour drive away and if we are lucky, there is a possibility to spot a herd of wild horses on our way.
Continue you evening as you relax and unwind in the comfort jacuzzi and steam room, there is no better way to recover from a long ride.

Now that you probably are used to the altitude, it’s the perfect timing to climb even higher to 13 feet above sea level. The view is absolutely amazing from the top of this volcano.
After lunch, we can take you to Downtown Ajusco for some shopping western wear and cowboy bootsand sightseeing.
